We currently deliver only to the 27 member states of the European Union.

Shipping destinations

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping costs

• Orders with a qualifying order value of €50 or more receive free standard shipping.
• Orders with a qualifying order value below €50 are charged €6 for standard shipping.

The qualifying order value and available shipping method are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place the order.

Dispatch and tracking

After you confirm the 3D preview sent by email, you can normally expect to receive your order within 15–18 days. This estimated timeframe includes 3–10 days for production and 8–12 days for shipping.

Delivery times may change during periods of high demand, such as before public holidays, or due to other carrier or logistics issues. The carrier is selected according to the delivery destination. We will send shipment information and tracking details by email where available.

Countries outside the EU

We currently do not offer checkout or delivery to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or other countries outside the EU.
