Step 3: Receive Your Preview by Email
After your order is placed, our design team will create a personalized preview based on your uploaded photo and pet’s name. We’ll send the preview to the email address used for your order.

Step 4: Review & Confirm by Email
Review the preview carefully, then reply to our email to confirm your approval. We will only begin production after receiving your confirmation.

Step 5: Production & Fast Delivery
After your confirmation, we’ll immediately start crafting your custom pet product with premium materials and meticulous workmanship. Once production is finished, we’ll ship your order to you as soon as possible.

Important Reminder
Once you confirm the preview by replying to our email, the design can no longer be changed and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Please check all details (pet’s appearance, name and style) carefully before confirming. Thank you for your understanding and careful consideration!
