A clear photo helps us create a more accurate personalised product. Please use these simple examples when choosing your image.

Bright, even light

Natural daylight is best. Avoid strong shadows and flash glare.

Front-facing portrait

Your pet must face the camera directly with both eyes visible. Do not use a side-profile photo.

Eyes, nose, ears and fur should look sharp, not blurry or pixelated.

Minimal obstruction

Please remove any accessories you do not want included in the final product. If you would like a small accessory to appear in the design, you may leave it on. We cannot guarantee that removing an accessory will accurately recreate the pet’s underlying features.
