Willkommen in unserem Studio für personalisierte Erinnerungsstücke! Folge diesen einfachen Schritten, um ein einzigartiges Produkt mit deinem geliebten Haustier zu gestalten – wir machen aus deiner schönsten Erinnerung einen ganz persönlichen Schatz.
Schritt 1: Produkt und Stil auswählen
Entdecke unsere ausgewählte Kollektion personalisierter Haustierprodukte und wähle deine bevorzugte Produktart, zum Beispiel Porträt, Accessoire oder Erinnerungsstück. Wähle anschließend Stil, Größe oder Designvariante nach deinen Wünschen.
Schritt 2: Haustierfoto hochladen und Namen eingeben
Nachdem du deinen Stil ausgewählt hast, lädst du ein klares, hochwertiges Foto deines Haustiers hoch – je deutlicher das Bild, desto besser das Ergebnis. Gib anschließend den Namen deines Haustiers ein, um dein Produkt noch persönlicher zu machen. Wichtig: https://craftmypaw.com/photo-tips/
Schritt 3: Gestaltung & Produktion
Sobald deine Bestellung und ein geeignetes Haustierfoto vorliegen, bereiten wir dein Design vor und beginnen mit der Produktion anhand deines Fotos, des Namens deines Haustiers und deiner gewählten Optionen. Eine separate Vorschau per E-Mail und deine Freigabe sind nicht erforderlich. Falls dein Foto unklar ist oder wir Rückfragen zu deinen Angaben haben, kontaktieren wir dich, bevor wir fortfahren.
Schritt 4: Sorgfältige Verpackung & Versand
Sobald dein individuelles Produkt fertig ist, verpacken wir es sorgfältig und versenden es. Versand- und Trackinginformationen erhältst du, soweit verfügbar, per E-Mail.
Make it yours
Your pet’s photo becomes a custom 3D keychain or bag charm with a playful character hood. Choose avocado, orange, toast, piggy, tiger, lemon, pineapple or chips, plus whether the ears sit inside or outside the hood.
Pick a heart-shaped ring in blue, mint, red, pink, light pink, green, orange or purple, then choose your basic charm. Optional extras include a set of two acrylic charms, a pin with bell and a coloured silicone loop tie, plus a wrist strap. Select the pictured options in Configure; the available choices are shown there. Small connectors and finishing accessories are coordinated with your design.
Your photo: use a sharp original image in bright, even light, facing the camera with both eyes visible. Keep the face unobstructed and only include accessories you want represented. JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP are accepted. If we need a more suitable photo, we will contact you. See photo examples.
Sizes, materials & care
- 3D pet charm: 3D-printed resin, approximately 4 cm high; style variation ±0.1–0.5 cm. It is not hand-painted.
- Basic ring: metal, 4 cm high. Basic charm: acrylic, approximately 2 cm high; style variation ±0.1–1.5 cm.
- Pin + bell: metal and acrylic; pin 7.5 cm, total with bell 10.5 cm.
- Set of two charms: acrylic, approximately 5 cm long; style variation ±0.1–1 cm.
- Silicone loop tie: silicone, 15 cm unfastened; shorter when looped.
- Wrist strap: woven textile and metal, approximately 15 cm long; handmade variation ±0.1–1 cm.
These are component measurements, not the total length of every finished combination. Images and configurator previews are not to scale. Small differences in size, texture, detail and screen colour may occur.
For everyday care, gently wipe with a soft cloth.
Before you order
Making time: 8–10 business days, or 5–8 with rush production, after we receive your order, payment and a suitable photo. We prepare the design and start production without a separate preview email or approval step; we contact you if details need clarification.
Shipping time: an estimated additional 10–15 business days. Rush production speeds up making, not shipping. Holidays, customs and carrier delays can extend delivery; tracking is emailed where available.
Where we ship: direct ordering is available for the countries and regions in the delivery-country selector, including Germany, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and many others. France, Spain, Pakistan and Argentina are currently excluded from direct orders. Check the full destination list and shipping details before choosing a gift deadline.
Changes & cancellations: check your photo and selections before ordering. Personalised products cannot be returned simply for a change of mind. Before physical production begins, you may request a voluntary cancellation; acceptance is at our discretion. If accepted after custom design work has been commissioned, €9.90 is retained for that work; otherwise the full amount is refunded. Once production starts, voluntary cancellation is unavailable.
Damaged, incorrect or defective? email service@craftmypaw.com with your order number and useful photos. Depending on the issue, a repair, replacement or other applicable remedy will be arranged. Wait for return instructions; necessary return costs for defective or incorrect goods are covered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the full refund, return & cancellation policy.
